A simple preloader was placed at the beginning of the scene over 22 frames. A keyframe was inserted at frame 22 with the action

Go to and Play (23)
End Frame Loaded
This action keeps sending the movie back to frame 1 which causes the domino to loop until frame 190 (the frame with the completed board) is loaded. When frame 195 is loaded the movie continues to frame 23 which begins the introduction sequence.
